What could rhythm do for you?

Conference energising

Stress-busting

Community building

Team playing

Confidence boosting

Creatively motivating…

…and more…

No prior musical experience is needed to be able to reap the benefits of a fully-interactive ‘hands-on’ rhythm event!

Whether it’s a 15 minute ‘energy boost’ to a conference or presentation, or half a day of in-depth interaction, Art Beat offers an experience which will bring your group together in a way like no other!

Group music-making acts as a highly experiential metaphor to explore the realms of human interaction. Participants engage in direct experience of:

Unity in Diversity

Successful communication

Co-operation

Individual contribution to a functioning whole

Interdependence

Creativity

This can either be left implicit – simply making music together, or elaborated through group discussion, where participants are encouraged to make their own connections between the activity and the ideas behind it.

Art Beat offers workshops for all manner of community groups – previous  engagements include:

National and international conferences

'Drop in and Drum' at outdoor events

Music Festivals

College and university groups

Inter-faith events

Retreats and residencies

Instruments can be provided for between 1 and 150 people – more by arrangement!
